What information do we collect?
We collect information provided by you when you contact us. This can be via email, online forms, requesting a
quote or purchasing from Cosmic Integrated. Information that may be provided as part of, alongside or relevant to any contracts
may also be collected and stored. You may be asked to enter your: name,
e-mail address, phone number(s) and some general information.
Cosmic Integrated records phone calls; both those made to Cosmic and those made by Cosmic. Information contained in
phone calls is collected and stored for the purposes of improved customer service, quality, training, adherence against
regulations and for ensuring fact when pertaining to commercial activities (including but not limited to quotations, orders,
invoices, payment applications, contract works, callouts, chronological dialogue, recording what the agreement(s) contained or
did not contain).
Email correspondence is also collected and stored for the purposes of establishing facts, inclusions and omissions from any orders
and/or contracts, warranties, shipping information, deliveries, returns and/or credits or any other information that may be
pertinent to any endeavour.
We keep the information we ask for to a minimum, relative to the process it relates to.
This information only pertains to you and any requests or transactions you make. Each transaction and/or
request for information, is treated individually and the contents of this are not disclosed to any other
party.
What do we use your information for?
For transactions; company and financial information is used to create accounts with Cosmic Integrated and for
regular contact (where applicable) to be established. If there was ever a dispute between yourselves and Cosmic
then any information stored would be used solely for use within the dispute with a view to achieving a resolution.
The information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, or given to any marketing companies for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product(s) and/or service or for cases that lead to disputes, your information may be used solely within the dispute with a view to achieving a resolution.
- To send periodic e-mails such as e-Newsletters.
- The e-mail address you provide will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to the services you register for. We will never send you any SPAM.
How do we protect your information?
We run an online database that stores all our customer and marketing information. When registering for Newsletters or requesting a quote, your information is sent to our online database. The database runs secure protocols that ensure it is PCI compatible. PCI is a method of security used by Credit Card companies. Compliance with this ensures information is safe and secure. Additionally, weekly backups of the website are made and stored on our main servers in the US and the UK. These backups prevent data loss. The information you provide to us will always be kept safe and secure.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Generally, no we do not. We would only pass on basic information if/when we do a credit check on a company or individual or in cases of a dispute where information is pertinent and relating to the dispute and therefore can be used in achieving a resolution.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, then the website shall change to show the updated policy. We will update our privacy modification date as below.
