Cosmic lands work at Colindale Development

The project is being built by Shepherd Construction who in turn have contracted all electrical works to LJJ, one of Cosmic's closest partners. Cosmic have been awareded the electrical package at the final block which will complete the development.

The electrical package includes providing the entire block with high-end IP CCTV Surveillance as well as Access Control for all landlord, staff and resident areas.

Each apartment will come equipped with video entry intercoms to allow two-way video and audio communication from all entrances to each apartment, as well as between apartments and the concierge.

There are two lifts, each serving either residents or visitors to best serve persons traffic and to abide by Secure By Design requirements; each lift has its own access control which is termed 'lift destination control' whereby those traversing can only reach certain floors which helps ensure the saftey and security of the building.
